What is TNR?
TNR stands for Trap Neuter Return. When unfixed cats are left outdoors, they are able to reproduce uncontrollably. TNR programs humanely control colony populations by trapping unfixed cats, fixing them and giving them vaccinations, and returning them to their colony. When all cats in a colony are fixed, they are unable to reproduce, and the population will die off naturally.
